When we think of our health, in general, we often assume that we are doing everything “right” when it comes to looking after our bodies especially when we aren’t showing any signs of being sick. Body Core Strength – Why It’s So Important to Our Health


Just like the trunk of a tree the core of our body helps us to remain upright and in shape. Whether we’re walking, playing sport, dancing or simply doing housework – a strong healthy core makes everything function better.

The Physiospect – What is it?


For some readers ‘The Physiospect’ may sound like a great sci-fi movie. However, in actual fact it’s a state-of-the-art diagnostic device which was originally developed by Russian scientists whose focus was to create a type of “cellular communicator” able to read the human body – independently of another person’s subjectivity.

The Physiospect equipment is quite unique and has no similarity in the world. It is based on the spectral analysis of vortex magnetic fields of biological organisms.
