How Our Community Yoga Classes Are Different
Our yoga classes offer an inclusive, welcoming environment for the yoga practitioner, no crazy acrobatics or athletic poses, we focus on balance, posture and mindful breath. Also, our primary aim is to make the practice accessible to all budgets and lifestyles. They focus on providing safe and comfortable practices that can nurture and strengthen your mind and body and be complimentary to our Integrative Therapies such as Chiropractic care, Remedial Massage and Naturopathy at Empowering Wellness Burleigh Heads, Gold Coast.
This activity is open to anyone in the community, regardless of age, experience, or fitness level. The class is designed to be adaptable, allowing each participant to move in a way that feels safe and supportive for their body.
